Other skin changes

The severity, facial movement and position during sleep are secondary factors that contribute to changes in your skin. When the skin loses its elasticity, gravity will cause it to fall eyebrows and eyelids, loosen and fullness below the cheeks and jaw and ear lobes of the longest. The lines of facial movement become more visible after the skin begins to lose its elasticity (usually when people start to get to 30 and 40 years old). To pass the time, the sun's ultraviolet rays (UV) damages certain fibers in the skin called elastin. The deterioration of the elastin fibers that cause the skin hangs, is stretch, and loses its ability to return to their original state after stretching. There are many things you can do to prevent their appearance on your face. The majority includes cleaning and some require the use of medicines.

Prevention of burns

Here are some tips that can help prevent sunburn.
     * Use a sunscreen with an SPF of at least 8. Apply on your skin with special attention to the most sensitive areas that normally do not receive much sunlight (under the arms, behind the knees and plant your feet.
     * Re-apply sunscreen every 30 to 45 minutes if your skin is still being acclimatized to the sun. Once you get used to apply every 2-3 hours. If you get to the water or begin to sweat reapply the blocker more often.
